Justice and Balance: A Theme for our Future
November 3rd, 2009 by Isha LernerThis autumn is especially potent due to the transition of Saturn moving into Libra. This Saturn placement illumines the theme of justice, racial concern, the judicial system, and influences the way our social body responds to the call for balanced life. The environment, global warming, and climate change concerns were widely analyzed during the previous Saturn in Virgo cycle. We also became familiar with the details of health, nature, and scientific technology with discerning interests. Saturn in Libra pushes us to the next level of awareness.
Think of it this way. Virgo rules the Hermit in the twenty two card Arcana. The Hermit gathers light from within, studies the way to service, and prepares and gathers an inner wisdom that will be brought to light in the next stage of growth. Libra rules the Justice Card. Justice, equality, fairness, balance, beauty, and a discerning look at dualism is highlighted. It is possible our global society will fervently seek balance and peace. Watch the news for media coverage on racial matters, social justice, and peace negotiations. Hilary Clinton will be in the spotlight as will all political leaders who speak out for peace and social justice at this critical time of restructuring.
How will this shift affect you personally? Let’s look at how you can make a difference during Saturn in Libra. Remember….we change the world one person at a time.
Saturn in Libra and You!
Seek a balance in your personal life and avoid mental dualism and indecision. Seek balance in your relationships. I can assure you….all personal and working relationships will be tested. Fairness and equality is the key.
Each individual you meet is now a grand mirror or reflection in your life. If you are in conflict with a person seek to understand the source of dissonance that is creating the conflict. You can change everything by understanding yourself. The intention of Saturn in Libra is to help us build relationship balance.
If you feel disempowered, now is the time to seek help.
Seek beauty by creating beauty in your home, get your body in shape, and find interesting ways to shape the world with peace.
Listen to the way you speak to others. Is there harmony?
Be a part of change. Stagnation must end. Make your decisions and stick to them.
Wherever there is injustice, there will be a spotlight. Make sure that you are honest and living your life well. Justice is also the card of Karma.
